the indian guy on the bottom is ron (though his real name is shishir).
and yep you're totally right, the girl on the right is chia min from malaysia.

anyway, i haven't been commenting because i didn't really know what to say. but today was the geneseo band competition and it felt really weird to not have christopher mantovanelli [do i still know how to spell it right?] nobre walking under the bleachers to get somebody's fallen item. and it just kind of dawned on me how far away you are and how unique your experience is. i'm so glad you're having fun!
so yes, pen and paper...i hear rachel has been writing you letters, and i haven't written one in a long time. might as well be to that guy on the other side of the world. =]
